Plans and Pricing

What plans are available?

Scrummy offers:

  • Free: 5 members, 2 boards/month, 1 month history
  • Startup ($25/mo): 15 members, unlimited boards, AI Coach, integrations
  • Pro ($50/mo): 30 members, all AI personalities, forever history
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing with SSO

What's included in the Free plan?

  • Up to 5 team members
  • 2 boards per month
  • 30 days of history
  • Basic standup and retro features
  • No AI or integrations

How do additional seats work?

Each plan includes a base number of seats:

  • Free: 5 members (no additional seats available)
  • Startup: 15 members included, $5/seat/month for more
  • Pro: 30 members included, $9/seat/month for more

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for payments and accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise only)

Can I pay annually?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20%:

  • Startup: $240/year ($20/mo effective)
  • Pro: $480/year ($40/mo effective)

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Update Payment Method in Stripe portal

Subscriptions

How do I upgrade my plan?

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select new plan and confirm

Upgrades are charged immediately (prorated for current cycle).

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, downgrades take effect at the next billing date, not immediately. You keep current features until then.

Invoices

Where can I find my invoices?

Go to Settings > Billing > Invoice History

Can I add a VAT ID?

Yes, for EU customers:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription
  2. Update Business Info
  3. Enter your VAT ID
  4. VAT removed from future invoices
