What payment methods are accepted?

Scrummy uses Stripe as our payment processor.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Wire Transfer

  • Enterprise plans only
  • Minimum $1,000 annual commitment

NOT Accepted

  • Cryptocurrency
  • Checks

Payment Security

Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (highest security):

  • SSL/TLS encryption
  • Card numbers never stored on Scrummy servers
  • 3D Secure support (Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check)

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Update Payment Method
  4. Enter new details
  5. Click Save

Invoices

After each payment:

  • Email receipt from Stripe
  • Download from Settings > Billing > Invoice History

VAT (EU Customers)

VAT is added based on your country (15-27%). To remove VAT:

  1. Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription
  2. Update Business Info
  3. Enter valid VAT ID
  4. Stripe validates and removes VAT
