How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Scrummy subscription anytime.

Before You Cancel

Consider alternatives:

  • Downgrade to a cheaper plan
  • Remove extra seats to reduce costs
  • Switch to annual for 20% discount

How to Cancel

Step 1: Go to Billing

  1. Log in to Scrummy
  2. Go to Settings > Billing

Step 2: Open Billing Portal

  1. Click Manage Subscription
  2. Redirected to Stripe billing portal

Step 3: Cancel

  1. Click Cancel Subscription
  2. Select reason (optional)
  3. Confirm cancellation

Step 4: Confirmation

Email from Stripe with:

  • Cancellation date
  • Access end date

What Happens

Immediately

  • No future charges
  • Cancellation confirmed
  • Access continues until period ends

After period ends

  • Downgraded to Free plan
  • Data retained (30-day access)
  • Can re-subscribe anytime

Your Data

Data is NOT deleted:

  • Recent 30 days: Accessible on Free
  • Older data: Preserved, restored on re-subscribe

Your Team

Free plan allows max 5 members. If you have more:

  • Remove members to comply, or
  • Re-upgrade to paid plan
