Account Management

How do I change my email address?

Go to Settings > Profile and update your email. You'll need to verify the new address.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Security > Change Password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent.

Can I have multiple accounts?

We recommend one account per person. Use workspaces to separate teams.

Security

Is my data encrypted?

Yes, all data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

Do you support two-factor authentication?

Yes, enable 2FA in Settings > Security.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure in the United States.

Is Scrummy SOC 2 compliant?

We are working toward SOC 2 compliance. Contact us for security documentation.

Sessions

How long do sessions last?

Sessions last 30 days of inactivity. You can choose to stay logged in.

How do I log out of all devices?

Go to Settings > Security > Active Sessions and click Log out all.

Privacy

What data do you collect?

We collect only what's needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I request my data?

Yes, contact support to request a data export.

Do you sell my data?

No, we never sell your data to third parties.
